We believe that veterans and service leavers bring unique skills, experience, leadership, resilience and dedication to the workplace. Yet too often, organisations wishing to recruit from this talent pool face expensive advertising costs, while veterans themselves are frequently asked to pay for additional services and support.

Together, they combine decades of industry expertise to develop innovative recruitment technology that expands talent reach, supports inclusive hiring, and improves recruitment outcomes..

Co-founder

Joe, leads the strategic direction, partner development and is an entrepreneur and business leader with over 25 years’ experience in recruitment and technology. As co-founder of a pioneering job board distribution software company, he has developed innovative solutions that help employers reach wider, more targeted talent pools. He also leads one of the UK’s leading Equality, Diversity and Inclusion job board platforms, championing inclusive hiring and fair access to employment. Joe is widely respected for his expertise, innovation, and commitment to positive change.
